
ASPE Orlando Chapter 50 is partnering with Valencia College to provide the ASPE 11th Hour Bid Day Simulation in person on the West Campus during the Fall semester. This is an immersive, experiential learning activity that has participants working in teams to develop a General Contractor bid for a project under conditions that mimic many of the challenges of preparing a “hard bid”. The second session of the simulation is Bid Day! This is the active simulation portion where participants evaluate and complete bids to become the “Lowest Responsible Bidder”.
