Topic: 11th Hour Bid Day Simulation

ASPE Orlando Chapter 50 is partnering with Valencia College to provide the ASPE 11th Hour Bid Day Simulation in person on the West Campus during the Fall semester. This is an immersive, experiential learning activity that has participants working in teams to develop a General Contractor bid for a project under conditions that mimic many of the challenges of preparing a “hard bid”. The first session of the simulation is the presentation to walk participants through what to expect during the simulation. Additionally, provide examples of how to evaluate bids and complete bid forms.
