Joe McGhee is a seasoned Preconstruction Manager with over 20 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry. Throughout his career, Joe has seamlessly navigated between field and office environments, overseeing the successful completion of 600+ projects from conception to warranty.
His expertise extends across various project delivery methods, including Design-Build, Hard Bid (Design-Bid-Build), CM at Risk, and Job Order Contracting, where he has consistently delivered accurate estimates and managed projects with precision.
Joe’s dedication to his craft is evident through his active involvement in industry associations such as the American Society of Professional Estimators and the Arizona Builder’s Alliance, where he was honored with the Most Improved Speaker Award. Furthermore, his leadership as the Chair of the Center for Job Order Contracting Excellence speaks volumes about his commitment to advancing industry standards.
Outside of work, Joe finds joy in spending quality time with his family and engaging in personal home projects. An avid outdoorsman, he enjoys landscaping, swimming, water sports, and hiking, embracing nature’s beauty whenever possible.
