Mr. Nidzgorski served as a previous Orlando, Florida chapter President. He has more than 45 years of experience in operations, pre-construction services, design-build, construction management and general contracting with 39 years in the Central Florida market. He is a lifetime Fellow Certified Professional Estimator (FCPE), Associated Methodology Specialist (AMS), Certified Health Care Manager (CCHM), Estimator of the Year 2013 - ASPE, and more. He is currently the Director of Preconstruction at Austin Commercial, Orlando, Florida office.
