Mr. Reinhart, is an estimator at Anser Advisory, with years of 8 estimating experience. He is experienced in working on estimates at all project stages from concept through completion in a variety of market sectors including higher education, aviation, hospitality. He has a strong focus on architectural and structural estimating for projects valued up to $1.5 Billion. He is ultimately responsible for putting together all parts of the estimate as well as providing a detailed basis allowing the owner’s he works with to make accurate, well-informed decisions.
